COLLECTIVE TRANSPORT

It’s easy!

Write “yes” in the space “Collective Transport” (when you fill in the reservation form) and

SAVE 25%!

When booking you will be asked the possibility of having “eventual” collective transport. This means that if you accept, while booking your transfer on established price the same day you may find one or more persons to share that same journey, you will have a discount of 25% (for example from Bellagio to Orio al Serio airport for 3 persons the price is € 125,00 93,75...including tax).

In this case you accept:

1. -to travel with other people (even it is communicated at the last moment);
   

2. -“eventual” changes of programme and/or time which will be made known at the moment of your transfer or, if possible, perhaps a few days/weeks efore;
   

3. -to pay the established amount beforehand without the discount in which case, for example, you will be communicated that you will be sharing the journey with other people. If at that moment there will be no other persons because they have communicated their cancellation, you will pay the complete amount.
   

HOWEVER YOU WILL NEVER PAY ANY PRICE SUPERIOR TO THAT ESTABLISHED AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR BOOKING.

IMPORTANT:

indipendently of any communications given, the discount will be applied only and exclusively in whichcase you will divide the journey with at least one other person.

Therefore if there is also the possibility of an eventual collective service and if on that day there is noone to share the journey, you will be expected to pay the full amount as established with no discount.

Note.

Regarding time changes this will be reduced to the minimum: if your plane arrives at 9:00, you will not share any transfer with other people who arrive on a 11:00 flight (too much waiting time). For example: if your flight arrives at 10:00 while the other person arrives at 9:30 you will not be required to wait any time and will save some money. If on the other hand should your flight arrive at 9:30 you will have to wait for the other plane and still save money. In the case of long delays or any other reason, you can decide whether to wait or not. In this last case (if you decide that is, not to wait) you will only pay the amount asked at the moment of your booking without the discount, giving us the possibility of contracting (in the necessary time) a substitute car for you and for the other people who have booked the same journey (everything however should be made with respect to the necessities of everyone). Any route changes will be reduced to the minimum. That is, any eventual change of route due to the fact that the people with whom you will share the journey, have not the same destination as yours will not provoke any great delays (generally about 5/10 minutes).
